System Safety Engineer 3 in Colorado

Auria is looking to hire a System Safety Engineer 3 to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. Work location is in Colorado Springs, CO.

C2BMC is the connective tissue that links various systems and sensors to provide a comprehensive picture and enable strategic decisions in defense scenarios. Our teams are actively seeking a Systems Safety Engineer to contribute to the safety assurance of our critical defense systems.

Essential Functions:

• Engineering and Developing program safety plans to apply safety policies and guidance effectively within the engineering team.
• Providing support to MDA and other program personnel as required, including participating in System Safety Working Groups.
• Contributing to systems engineering tasks, integration of product lines, and generation of capable specifications.
