Teen Empowerment Advisor in California

Teen Empowerment Advisor will provide direct services to youth between the ages of 11-18, implementing an 8-week Brent’s Club Curriculum. Through the power of education, youth will develop and understand of how they can make healthy choices. The Teen

Empowerment Advisor is responsible for the following key roles (Essential Job Responsibilities):

• Prepare Youth for Success

• Provide ongoing case management services for participants.
• Monitor participant’s activities and refer participants to relevant service partners to support achievement of individual goals.
• Maintain information tracking systems monitoring youth participation
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing year round programs for participants.
• Meet with school and district administrators on a monthly basis for feedback and communication.
