The Role:

This in-person position is based at our office in Redding, CA. We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk by offering administrative support for both clients and staff: in person, via email, and over the phone.

This is a customer service role, which requires a kind and inviting personality to be successful. You must also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. You must be proficient and comfortable with the use of technology, as our intake and scheduling process is entirely digital through an online client portal...

To facilitate the flow of organization information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face.

*Pay Range: $20/hr. to $25/hr.

*Work Schedule: Availability of Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and responds to incoming telephone calls
• Provide routine organization-related information to callers and visitors
• Signs for, receives and routes incoming mail, including courier deliveries
• Provide back-up clerical support to various departments
• Greets and responds to applicants for employment
• Maintains documentation related to Needs Assessment and Referral calls
