Project Manager - Wharf Repair and Upgrade Projects in California

The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate with proven experience in working on complex, multi‐phase, multi‐million dollar design and construction projects. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to develop a plan that includes scope, budget, a prioritized schedule, and procurement method for implementing a portfolio of wharf repair and upgrade projects. 

The candidate must also be able to demonstrate a professional demeanor, and have a clear understanding of project cost, schedule, design, documentation, and quality control principles, and able to multi‐task and work in a fast‐paced work environment.
