The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our offices, with a specific focus on coordinating maintenance activities and overseeing office-related projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in general facilities management and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director - Facility Operations (Recreation Center), the Coordinator I – Facility Maintenance is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of all ASI-managed facilities and event operations support. Certain non-specialized Coordinator duties and assignments are fluid and are periodically reviewed and revised based on program philosophy, professional development, and staff needs.
