Position Overview:

CVNL is seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of skills in PPC advertising, content generation, email marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Support PPC Ad Campaigns: Assist in the management and optimization of PPC ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
2. Content Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for blog posts, news articles, landing pages, resource pages, and various forms to attract and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Works hand in hand with Marketing Communications Senior Manager to develop content for use across various external and internal platforms that support the firm’s strategic direction and aligns with practice objectives.
2. Drafts and edits a wide range of copy to develop messaging, collateral, ads, draft press releases, biographies, develop award and ranking submissions, among other strategic communications projects.
3. Uses the project management tool Asana to track MarComm project details, tasks, and timelines to ensure appropriate coordination with Marketing colleagues, stakeholders and to ensure important deadlines are met.
4. Helps to manage the awards and rankings process, monitoring for and flagging deadlines, new award opportunities, etc., and assisting with drafting or overseeing PR agency drafting of award submissions.
