Position Overview:

Secure Shredd, a sister Company to Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., is seeking an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the architect of the sales and marketing department, driving business ventures and marketing initiatives across Southern California. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge businesses with community organizations, fostering strategic partnerships and spearheading business expansion through your innovative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Generate outbound leads and prospect new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage cold call lists and outreach strategies.
