JOB SUMMARY

This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented architect who will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, and integration tasks related to creating high-quality affordable urban housing. In this role, you will develop model and unit plans in Revit for ongoing projects, ensure compliance with design rules, and lead the creation and approval of plans. You will coordinate zoning data, collaborate with consultants, and play a pivotal role in supporting the integration of architectural designs into software development projects.
