Appointment Clerk/Medical Receptionist - Call Center in California

The Temporary Appointment Clerk/Medical Receptionist position is a short-term role (duration of up to six months) to cover a leave of absence at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center (TVHC) within our Call Center department. This position performs a wide variety of tasks for the agency in as much as it is the first contact via telephone by the prospective patient with the clinic. The position is considered a crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by the clinical and service staff of the center.
