YOUR ROLE
Stio is hiring a full-time year-round Warehouse Operations Lead to join us on-site in Jackson, WY. As the Warehouse Operations Lead, your primary responsibility is to uphold operational and inventory standards at Stio's Jackson warehouse. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Facilitating transfer orders to and from our Jackson and Teton Village Mountain Studios
- Processing inventory adjustments
- Performing inventory reconciliations
- Fulfilling e-commerce and Second Turn™ re-commerce orders
- Re-tagging products
- Supporting special events
- Supporting biannual physical inventory counts and seasonal sendbacks
- Processing warranty returns and re-commerce trade-ins
- Training employees
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment
This role requires availability during holiday seasons and other high order volume periods.
This role is performed in our Jackson, Wyoming warehouse and involves lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping or bending to complete daily tasks. It also requires a valid driver’s license. The Warehouse Operations Lead must live within a reasonable commute of our warehouse in Jackson, Wyoming. The Warehouse Operations Lead reports to the Distribution Manager on the Operations Team.
YOUR SKILLS
- High school equivalency or GED required
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Required experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and fulfillment responsibilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and processes
- Proven ability to improve and communicate processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and efficiency
- Dependable self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team, able to collaborate and delegate effectively
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with teams at every level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, Google Suite preferred

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
- Picking, packing and shipping online orders
- Receiving, preparing and delivering inbound transfer orders
- Organizing, preparing and shipping outbound transfer orders
- Perform accurate warehouse inventory audits
- Effectively complete daily work independently or alongside support staff during higher volume periods
- Train part-time support from local retail team in warehouse tasks
- Communicate scheduling needs with Jackson Hole Mountain Studio Manager
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technology
- Responsible for transfer order transportation to our local retail locations throughout the week, as well as van maintenance
- Ordering and budget management responsibility of warehouse supplies
- Facilitate new store supply shipping when stored centrally in or near Jackson warehouse
- Additional support as needed with local retail storage logistics, including fixture and mannequin backstock
- Responsible for reviewing incoming trade-in requests as part of our Second Turn™ program, managing inventory, and facilitating shipment to repair facilities
- Manage an annual budget comprised of labor cost, facility maintenance work, and inventory losses.
- Own and report out on the Jackson Warehouse’s KPIs to lead to strong financial savings.
- Identify and coordinate operational improvements necessary to ensure cost performance gaps are identified, action plans are developed, and resources are properly allocated.
- Develops and implements warehouse operations system improvements by leading continuous improvement projects as assigned and by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Support the Logistics & Distribution Team with additional distribution related needs as time allows.

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $52,000-$62,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
