The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop solutions for RAVE In-flight Entertainment (IFE) products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and document business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, including the use of SQL, spreadsheets, or other analytics tools.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in the creation of user stories for development teams.
• Perform business process analysis and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on analysis findings and proposed solutions.
• Assist with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor the implementation of solutions and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a software development environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL or Python is a plus.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and UI design.
• Knowledge of In-flight Entertainment (IFE) systems and/or the airline industry is beneficial.
