JOB SUMMARY
The Office Manager will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the President and corporate management team. Greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
- Greets and welcomes office visitors and clients.
- Coordinates and facilitates support tasks to assist President and Corporate Leadership with errands or other items that would create maximum efficiency.
- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assists CCC staff with their assigned duties, particularly when clerical tasks are required.
- Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for the President and senior management.
- Oversees mail and package distribution.
- Provides coordination and oversight for office vendor services including computers, phones, security, and cleaning.
- Maintains conference room(s) calendar/ schedule and facilitates meeting organization and set-up.
- Maintains office supplies and inventory.
- Serves as liaison with building owner for maintenance, safety, security, and other property-related needs.
- Provides oversight for the office waste/recycling management program.
- Orders and maintains breakroom supplies.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience preferred

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Sitting, standing, walking; lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs., bending
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
