JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Be the right hand to our Business & Editorial Manager, supporting them in our content, PR, social media and community efforts.
  • Project manage our social media content, including supporting with creating captions, managing content, and sharing posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Engage with our followers on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Correspond with our members via email to update them on the status of their PR submissions.
  • Assist in curating content from our online community platform (Circle) and crafting corresponding descriptions for our weekly and monthly newsletters.
  • Supporting our PR efforts by converting information submitted by members via Asana forms into templated Google Docs.
  • Creating monthly Asana forms to help source submission by our members for our PR articles.
  • Uploading articles to our content platform.
  • Utilize and keep Asana updated to manage our content efforts.
  • Leveraging Canva and templates to create images and assets we leverage in our newsletter and community.
  • Transfer information from Google Docs to Mailchimp, test and send out Mailchimp emails, track our Mailchimp statistics.
  • Leverage our community platform (Circle) to post about our most recent member offerings, including PR opportunities.
  • Upload our newest published articles onto our Wix website.
  • Create and update internal spreadsheets, including KPI tracking.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 2-3 years combined experience in customer-/people-facing roles that involve a lot of email communication, such as executive assistant, customer support or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years combined experience in operations and/or administrative roles that involve managing detailed processes with accuracy such as executive assistant, virtual assistant, operations support, digital marketing or related fields
  • Bonus points: Experience in social media, content management, digital marketing or related fields, working with either Instagram and/or LinkedIn and/or newsletters.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working late night shifts until roughly 2AM Philippine Standard Time is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey your ideas with clarity, persuasion, and authenticity.
  • Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy allow you to produce high-quality work that matches the team's high standards and goals.
  • You excel at self-management, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency in a fully remote work environment.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills enable you to make sound choices and drive effective and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to follow instructions with precision. Special note to see if you’re paying attention. Put the secret code “Let’s do this!” in the second to last application question.
  • Confidence in adopting new tech and tools. Our diverse suite of online tools requires you to adapt with minimal training (bonus points if you have experience with multiple tools), including but not limited to Mailchimp, Canva, Google Suite (Drive/Docs/Sheets), Asana, Wix, Missive, Circle, MailMeteor, Chargebee, Typeform, and more.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
  • Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 6AM EST to 2 PM EST // Mondays to Fridays 6PM to 2AM PHT

Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - PHP 60,000 monthly. Depending on experience. (Range in USD $900 - $1100)
