Wet Blending Operator

Parallel Employment is currently seeking a qualified Wet Blending Operator for a client in Racine, WI. The Wet Blending Operator works under the guidance of the Wet Blending Lead Operator on the process of batching and blending in the wet production department, ensuring compliance with FDA FSMA and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements.

Job Duties:

• Obtain picking sheets daily from Lead Operator
• Process ingredients in proper order
• Verify that metal detector and all processing equipment are operating in a safe manner
• Pack totes/pails/boxes to proper weight, label and seal properly
• Complete required documentation
• Scan finished product into inventory
• Perform daily cleaning assignments

Shift: 1st shift (6:30am - 2:30pm)

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $18/hr

Requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food ingredient and bar code background preferred
• Computer skills and familiarity with computer operation
