Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a Welding Supervisor to join our team. As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the welding department to ensure efficient production and high-quality welds. You will also be responsible for training and supervising welding staff, enforcing safety and quality control standards, and monitoring productivity and performance. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge of welding processes, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Shifts available: 1st and 2nd shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIG welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to enforce safety and quality control standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
