Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support mental health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in case management and coordinate care with outside resources when required.
- Educate clients and families about mental health disorders and treatment options.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in mental health care.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid and current LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC license in the state of practice.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans and collaborate with stakeholders.
