The Global Solutions Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of products and solutions for key markets and segments within the market. They are tasked with driving the development and implementation assigned new services. These responsibilities include analyzing, planning, piloting, and operationalizing of the assigned areas to enable revenue and operational profit growth. This individual will report to the Head of Global Solutions.
Main Responsibilities
· Responsible for gathering inputs from sales, account management, operations, and clients to map out the characteristics of the capability, service, or product.
· Responsible for analyzing requirements, evaluating the feasibility of proposed solutions, and facilitating Go/No-Go decisions about the evaluated solutions.
· Coordinate development roadmaps with technology, global operations, and other teams to align on required capabilities.
· Create and maintain project plans, ensuring resources, timelines, and milestones are clearly defined.
· Support solution pilots by coordinating with clients and internal teams to test, gather feedback, and adjust the solution as needed.
· Support pre-sales efforts by attending calls with clients and prospects in relation to the assigned services.
· Track and monitor project progress using heat maps and progress trackers to address dependencies and bottlenecks.
· Coordinate with Technical org to ensure that the assigned products are market-ready in all aspects, including languages, regulations, etc.
· Facilitate the transition of new services to Business as Usual (BAU) by collaborating with operations, marketing, and sales enablement.
· Maintain documentation and reports, including solution canvases, KPIs, and pilot results.
· Work with Sales Academy and Marketing to develop sales collateral, training materials, and role-play scenarios for market launch.
· Responsible for technical support in complex projects.
· Responsible for customer demos, tests, and proof of concepts for assigned areas.
Requirements
Educational Background
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business informatics) or equivalent qualification.
Professional Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in leading solution, sales and field teams and developing solution strategies.
· Deep technological knowledge, in l10n space and passion for AI and client development.
· Deep understanding of the requirements and challenges of target markets, especially in l10n, life science and interpreting.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Demonstrated success in developing and implementing solutions that increase business value.
· Project management skills and experience working with customers.
· Willingness to travel.

Salary base range for this position is between $75K to $95K, dependent upon experience and physical location. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the base salary.
