Join Parallel Employment as a Team Leader, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding your team towards achieving operational excellence! As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You'll foster collaboration among team members and serve as the communication bridge between management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach team members to reach their full potential and meet production targets.
- Monitor and manage workflow, making adjustments as necessary to promote efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and inform staff on operational updates and goals.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of team performance.
- Support warehouse managers with special project, and additional duties when required.
- Maintain and organization and cleanliness of the pick/pack area.
Requirements
- Three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with one (1) year in a Leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to effectively coach and mentor team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
- Ability to work different shifts
Monday thru Wednesday 2:30pm – 11:00pm / Thurs and Fri off / Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 3:30pm
