Location – Milwaukee, WI
Salary - $60K - $80K

Luxury Midwest casino is in need of a talented Restaurant Manager to manages operations for one of their fine dining outlet.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house management.
- Ability to analyze financial data and implement cost-control measures.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established standards.
- Create, monitor, and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
