As a Remote Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant/bar by overseeing and optimizing our inventory processes from a distance. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating orders with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records using inventory management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements remotely

• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely deliveries

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

• Optimize inventory processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

• Generate reports on inventory performance and suggest improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or related field

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience in the restaurant or bar industry is a plus
