Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments efficiently and safely, as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional education and training.
- Must be willing to work part-time (4 hrs per day - candidates who can work on weekends are preferred)
