We are looking for a results-driven Project Designer/Architect to join our team in Kaukauna, WI. This role will work closely with our Agricultural Project Managers to assist in acquiring new customers and work with customers through all phases of the design/build construction process. You will be responsible for designing and planning agricultural buildings and facilities based on customers needs and ideas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Agricultural Industry and enthusiasm to work and learn.

What you will do:

  • Assist the Sales/Project Management team during all phases of construction
  • Perform architectural duties of programming, schematic design and design development
  • Evaluate building designs for compliance with the International Building Code and all referenced codes
  • Collaborate with the Interior Design team for interior material and spatial design
  • Assist in selecting and specifying exterior finish requirements
  • Review redlined drawings for compliance
  • Collaborate on civil design efforts of building location, circulation, wayfinding and landscaping
  • Assist with finding new leads and building relationships in the Agricultural field
  • Code research
  • Other duties assigned

Experience & Education

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (required)
  • Experience working with Revit
  • Architecture license or willingness to obtain in the first few years working at Keller, Inc.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Agricultural field
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to agricultural structures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
