Production Worker

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our team. Our client is based in Delavan, WI. We are now hiring on all shifts (shift premiums available for 2nd and 3rd shift)!

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products in a fast-paced and precise manner.

1st shift: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday

2nd shift: 4p-2am Monday-Thursday

3rd shift: 10pm-6am Sunday- Wednesday

Starting Wage: $17-$19/hr DOE, (shift premiums available for 2nd and 3rd shift)!

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Assembling products with a high level of attention to detail and quality, Install slip yoke, Install u-joints and snap rings
• Grease all moving components
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications
• Use of power tools
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Keeping detailed records of materials used and products produced
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to continuously improve production processes

Requirements

• Blue print, router, and job spec knowledge
• Computer Skills
• Good mathematical skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to retain information
• Good dexterity with fingers and hands

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience
