Material Handler

Parallel Employment is currently hiring for a 1st Shift Material Handler at our client's location in Elkhorn, WI.

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including operating a forklift, receiving, inspecting, sorting, and storing materials. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Wage: $18.00-$24.00/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Load/Unload incoming shipments and verify quantity and condition of materials
• Inspect materials for any damage or defects
• Sort and store materials in designated areas
• Retrieve materials as needed for production or shipping
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and storing materials
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
