Full Job Description
Shipping/ Receiving:
- Plan next day shipments and schedule dock times.
- Filing of; AM shipment planners, Customer profiles, Trucker inspection sheets, inbound and outbound audits, daily delivery receipts, freight costs and all other shipping related documentation.
- Process slips with accounting.
- Advance shipping notices.
- Data Entry, maintaining our digital database.
- Giving late updates.
- Tracking inbound deliveries
- Reconciling inbound product what’s on Bol vs what is off-loaded.
- Being initial point of contact for inbound and outbound carrier drivers. Scheduling
1st Shift - 10:00am - 6:00pm
Pay: $20-$21/HR
Job: Temp to Hire
Job Location: Franksville, WI 53126
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of related experience.
- Very good communication skills
- Must have computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Highly self-motivated
- Able to adapt to change and accept new responsibilities as needed
