Janitorial $15/hr

Parallel Employment Group is currently recruiting a Janitor for a local manufacturing company. This position is a 1st shift opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Sanitize restrooms and refill all necessary supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Assist in the cleaning of break rooms and common areas.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services required
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
