Manager of Complicated Plastic Injection Molding Projects
- Five plus years of plastic injection molding experience and five plus years of experience managing large, complex projects are both required
- Pay is $80,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- This position is onsite only as there is no remote option

- Overseeing, organizing, prioritizing and implementing multiple complicated plastic injection molding projects
- Ensuring projects stay on schedule and in budget
- Creating and growing relationships with customers
- Quoting projects, creating proposals and negotiating contracts
- Documenting
- Liaising between the customer, employees and management
Requirements
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Five or more years of experience managing large, complex projects
- Five or more years of plastic injection molding experience
- Two or more years of experience negotiating contracts
- Two or more years of experience working with production for large complicated projects
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45-minutes
