Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team!
Starting payrates between $27 and $36 per hour, depending on experience!
You will be responsible for coordinating and completing carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, great attention to detail, and a love for your craft!

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within Carpentry (specifically framing & finishing)
- Must live within 45 miles of Madison
- Must have a Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
