As the Head of AI Implementation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI strategies to address them. You will lead a team of AI professionals to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency.

Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI projects. In addition, you will stay current on the latest advancements in AI technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of AI solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee a team of AI professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Ensure the successful integration and adoption of AI solutions within the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate AI projects, tracking performance and making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current on advancements in AI technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage AI expertise and technologies.
• Represent the organization in AI-related events, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and implementing AI initiatives across an organization.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute AI strategies in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience managing and leading teams of AI professionals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align AI initiatives with overall business goals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Experience in managing AI projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Preferred location: Madison, WI.
