Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers during flights.
• Provide exceptional customer service by attending to passengers' needs and requests.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for takeoff.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and equipment to passengers before departure.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes.
• Manage in-flight service, including meal and beverage service, effectively and efficiently.
• Handle emergencies and provide first aid when needed, following airline protocols.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid passport.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo training and adhere to airline policies and procedures.
