Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers during flights.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to passengers' needs and requests.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for takeoff.
- Demonstrate safety procedures and equipment to passengers before departure.
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes.
- Manage in-flight service, including meal and beverage service, effectively and efficiently.
- Handle emergencies and provide first aid when needed, following airline protocols.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid passport.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo training and adhere to airline policies and procedures.
