Embroidery Operator

Parallel Employment is currently seeking an experienced Embroidery Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on various garments and fabrics.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate embroidery machines to produce embroidered designs according to customer specifications.
• Ensure machine is properly threaded, and needles and bobbins are changed as needed.
• Load designs onto the machine and adjust settings for stitch length, tension, and speed.
• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and production targets.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making any necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating embroidery machines in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience with different types of embroidery stitches and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret embroidery designs and customer specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
