Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for electrical construction? We are currently seeking an engaging Electrical Construction Department Manager to join our team at Wealth Recruitment, LLC.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our electrical construction department. With a team of 7+ office staff and 80-100 field staff, you will provide leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
As the Electrical Construction Department Manager, you will partner with the VP of Preconstruction throughout the entire project lifecycle, proactively develop new business opportunities, and foster relationships with current and potential customers.
If you have a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, along with proven experience (minimum of 15 years) in electrical construction and project management, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience (minimum of 15 years) in electrical construction, including project management and team leadership roles
- Ability to collaborate with finance for department budget and project management teams
- Strong supervisory and mentoring skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and delivering projects within budget
