Full Job Description
We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Compensation range: $100,000-$125,000.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications
- Obtain permits and licenses as required
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timeline
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Address any construction issues and provide solutions
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Valid driver's license
