Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join Colliers | Wisconsin, a market leader in real estate services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring excellent tenant experiences and maintaining high property standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tenant move-in and move-out procedures
• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Develop budgets, establish and manage annual property operating expenses
• Ensure regular property maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner
• Perform routine inspections of properties to ensure compliance with property standards and regulations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on property performance, including expense, income and leasing data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of property management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
