Who We Are: Colliers | WI is looking for a motivated person to be our Chief Building Engineer at 411 East Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee. If you like working with a team and want to help make our building run smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Work with Others: Build good relationships with people inside and outside the company.
• Improve Maintenance: Make our building’s maintenance program better so it works well and efficiently.
• Follow Safety Rules: Make sure all maintenance and safety rules are followed to keep everyone safe and happy.
• Manage Projects: Oversee projects that improve the building and pay close attention to details.
• Check Services: Make sure our service providers meet our high standards.
• Hands-On Work: Help with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to keep them working properly.
• Handle Issues Quickly: Respond to emergencies and tenant concerns quickly and effectively.

Additional Duties:

• Help with budget planning and analyze expenses.
• Use technology to make maintenance processes easier.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with at least 5 years of building engineering/facilities management experience.
• Possesses relevant certifications such as EPA refrigerant certification (desired) and appropriate trade licenses/permits.
• Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills and operating Windows-based software.
• Has a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation.
• Excels in communication, both orally and in writing, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to succeed.
