Full Job Description
As a Blending Operator, you will be responsible for processing materials in the correct order, ensuring that all products meet quality standards. This includes verifying that boxes are of the correct weight and properly sealed, completing all required documentation accurately, and placing products into inventory. You will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized workspace by adhering to daily cleaning assignments and safety protocols. The role demands a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus. You’ll be expected to follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
Strong communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
