Bilingual Onsite Representative

Parallel Employment is currently seeking a Bilingual Onsite Representative to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing the workforce at our client's facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the food manufacturing industry and a passion for ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Oversee daily attendance
• Complete daily check in's
• Communicate with supervisors and staff
• Communicate effectively with agency
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor and track production levels and quality
• Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage
• Train and coach employees on safety and production procedures
• Address any employee issues or conflicts
• Coordinate with client representatives to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office applications
