Full Job Description

Janesville Kia is looking for a strong Service Manager with great leadership and CSI skills. Beginning day one, you’ll ultimately be responsible for proactively leading & continuing to build our Service Department while creating the very best customer experience. Ideal applicant will be "warranty savvy," knowledgeable with the ability to take charge and run with it. Great organizational skills are a must. A great leader.

Pay- up to $120,000

Responsibilities for an Automotive Service Manager

  • Report to the General Manager ensuring that the service department meets all financial & CSI oriented goals.
  • Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion.
  • Monitoring the condition and inventories of all tools and maintenance equipment
  • Establishing promotional service prices
  • Ensuring that the department adheres to all company-established and legal guidelines
  • Manage staff of Service Advisors, Technicians & Porters

Requirements for an Automotive Service Manager

  • Ford experience a big plus, but not necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills with proven CSI
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
  • Good motivational and interpersonal abilities
  • We are a drug free environment
  • Valid drivers license required
