Parallel Employment is excited to announce openings for Assembly Technicians located in Racine, WI!
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in assembling, testing, and packaging items such as light fixtures, dental product kits, and or small hand tools. We provide a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, troubleshoot and repair devices utilizing drills, vices and other small hand tools as necessary
- Document productivity and quality audits accurately.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned.
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM M-F
or
DAY Shift: 6:00 AM -4:00 PM, M-TH
NIGHT Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, M-TH
Pay based on shift: $16.00/hour -$16.80/hour

Requirements
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Good hand dexterity
- Experience with some soldering preferred
- Basic math -counting required for some assembly of tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
