Agricultural Designer/Draftsman

Keller is a 100% employee-owned design/build general contractor headquartered in Kaukauna, WI with offices in Sun Prairie, Germantown, and Wausau. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Agricultural Designer/Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, posses strong communication skills, and have an agricultural background.

What you will do:

• Assist the Agricultural Project Managers in acquiring new customers and selling our services using the Keller sales process
• Attend all client meetings with a Keller Agricultural Project Manager during the discovery process to fully understand the project scope
• Develop and execute architectural design through all design phases of agricultural projects
• Accurately draft your own work using Revit, AutoCAD, & Lumion
• Collaborate with the team to create plans, elevations, sections, details and 3D views for agricultural projects
• Complete agricultural working drawings as time permits
• Produce high quality exterior and interior renderings
• Gain knowledge and understanding of local regulations
• Assist in selecting and specifying exterior materials
• Attend all internal meetings for sales and A&E
• Other duties assigned

Requirements

• Associates degree in Architecture or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience working in the construction field
• Experience with Revit
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Understand how to read blueprints
