Account and Office Coordinator

Parallel Employment Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the onboarding, recruitment and placement process, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our clients efficiently and effectively. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will manage the scheduling of interviews, candidate communications, and assist with onboarding processes, send rosters and manage client and employee communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including document verification and orientation.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Support the recruiting team in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes within the staffing department.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Flexible Hours can range from 5:30am - 5:00pm
• High attention to detail
