2nd shift CNC Operator

Parallel Employment is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift CNC Operator to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to create precision parts, ensuring the highest quality output while meeting production schedules.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM -11:00 PM; TRAINING 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for 9 MONTHS

Job Type: Direct Hire

Job Location: Racine, WI

Pay: $26.22/ hr

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines following strict operational procedures
• Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Document machine operations and production logs accurately
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes

Requirements

• 3 solid years of CNC operating experience preferred
• Flexibility to train on 1st shift for 9 months

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set-up experience preferred
• Familiarity G&M codes preferred
• Strong understanding of machining processes and standards
