Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical pharmacy services within our organization. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, drug information, and clinical consultations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop evidence-based treatment guidelines and protocols.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the pharmacy team.
• Educate and train pharmacy staff on clinical pharmacy topics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.
• Stay updated on new developments in clinical pharmacy practice and contribute to the implementation of innovative practices.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medication records.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

• Pharmacy licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in developing and implementing clinical pharmacy programs and protocols.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
