Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain exceptional food and beverage operations at the nightclub.
• Ensure that all shifts are effectively managed and supervised with a strong focus on attention to detail and service standards.
• Assist in managing employee placement, overall operations, staff development, and attendance policies.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to provide the highest level of service.
