Collections Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Collections account management
- Help ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend training classes & meetings
Hours for Collections Account Manager:
- Full-time (40 hours)
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Work every 3rd Saturday 8-12
- Weekday off when a Saturday worked
- Office Hours: 8-5:30 M-TH, 8-6 FR, 8-12 SAT
Collections Account Manager Requirements:
- Collections, call center, or customer retention experience
- Experience with a high volume of calls is preferred
- Able to work onsite
- Able to pass a background check & basic drug screen
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good computer & communication skills
