* We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and data center operations to lead high-impact projects. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, a proactive mindset, and technical skills in network topology, load balancing, cloud automation, and AWS/Azure configuration.
This role requires strong influencing skills, the ability to simplify complex challenges, and a focus on driving projects independently while navigating ambiguity. Attention to detail and a customer-first approach are essential.

As a Technical Project Management (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Driving cross-functional initiatives across global teams, ensuring alignment between engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to deliver SaaS-based products.
- Overseeing critical business projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company OKRs, and delivering on time.
- Implementing contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions across development teams, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within organizational systems.
- Managing cloud engineering projects with a focus on data privacy, GDPR compliance, and trust, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and organizational goals.
- Utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage timelines, and facilitate effective communication among technical teams.
- Designing and executing process enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency across teams.
- Promoting stakeholder buy-in, fostering adoption, and supporting sustainable organizational change.
- Partnering with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with technical and business goals.
- Utilizing analytics to measure project metrics, guide decisions, and report progress to senior leadership.

Requirements
You have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, driving complex technical programs or projects.
- Strong familiarity with networking technologies (e.g., load balancing, network topology).
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data center operations.
- Proven ability to manage projects related to cloud automation and setting up regions in AWS or Azure.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You might also have:
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Technical knowledge or experience in CISD (Cloud Infrastructure Services and Design).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 85,000 - 100,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
