Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and product team to develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance engagement, growth/acquisition, and brand presence
  • Build and maintain content calendar to promote our community, brand, and product values. Source, create, and publish content on all key social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Increase engagement and manage community conversations on social media and other communities in wine
  • Drive and manage social media partnership and collaboration
  • Analyze metrics and optimize performance in alignment with business KPIs and goals

Requirements

  • Interest in wine!
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Ability to create video and static content with basic design skills (i.e. using Canva or in-app creation tools across social media platforms)
  • Experience building social presence and content for a consumer tech/application
