We are Built Mighty, an ecommerce web development company based in the US. We help mid to large-sized businesses with their digital commerce experience.
We’re looking to hire an SEO Specialist who can help us offer SEO services to our clients. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for understanding the unique needs and scenarios of our clients in order to give them a strategic SEO plan for their business. The internet is constantly changing and this SEO Specialist needs to be up to date on current SEO trends and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results rankings
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Create and execute link building strategies
- Work with company’s internal teams to drive SEO in content creation and marketing
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate the ROI of the SEO efforts
- Write compelling and high quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant target keywords for company’s business
- Help to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images and other elements for better search engine rankings
- Analyze and monitor website performance metrics, including organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Build and manage paid search campaigns for internal company and external clients
- Build out and execute content strategy for internal blog and LinkedIn
- Marketing email automation
Requirements
- This is a W2 Position, 30-40 hours per week
- Must have agency experience. Preferably client facing agency experience.
- Experience with Google (GA4) and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster tools
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce a significant plus
- A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
- The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
- Proven success in link-building and viral strategies
- The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
- Ability to work independently and alongside project management and sales team
