* We’re excited to welcome new team members and are specifically focusing on candidates located within driving distance of Bellevue, Washington. Being on-site at the Bellevue campus five days a week is mandatory for this engagement.
We’re seeking talented individuals with a diverse range of skills to join our consultant roster for current and upcoming client projects. We’re particularly interested in professionals with expertise in software testing, specifically those with experience in Salesforce testing. Additionally, candidates with experience supporting telecommunications companies, either as a full-time employee or consultant, will be highly valued. *
As a Senior Salesforce Tester (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities
- Performing detailed functional, regression, and integration testing on customizations, configurations, and integrations within the Salesforce environment
- Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using defect tracking tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with the development team
- Validating system performance, scalability, and security requirements to ensure the Salesforce platform meets the client standards and business needs
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes by assisting business users in validating functionality and ensuring the system meets their needs
- Conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the Salesforce environment and collaborating with the security team to address them

Requirements
You have:
- Ability to travel to the Bellevue, WA campus 5 days a week.
- 7+ years of software testing experience with Salesforce products.
- An understanding telecom-specific use cases and Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications in a telecom environment.
- Proficiency in end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Proving experience as a consultant delivering testing solutions to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete).
- Familiarity with Agile development cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts.
You might also have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex programming, and Visualforce.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 100,000-130,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
