We're on the lookout for a diverse range of talents to join our consultant roster, which we'll use for both current and upcoming client projects. *
As a Senior Product Pricing Strategist for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Ensuring supplier quotations meet 'should cost' estimates and value engineering targets, support negotiations by challenging quotations using technical analysis aiming for cost reductions and value optimization
- Advising on the cost and value impact of changes in specification
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal customers to investigate and identify product innovations, design-to-value initiatives, and value engineering opportunities with the ultimate target to achieve cost improvement and value optimization
- Deploying the pricing levers (Value, Pass-through, Formula, Transactional). Report monthly results and improvement actions
- Leading and coordinate RoB for the organization. Includes ownership of All Hands, weekly Staff meetings, LT rhythm, manager meetings, etc
- Developing cost and pricing models that align with deal requirements and customer evaluation criteria
- Ensuring appropriate data and insights are surfaced at the right altitude and in a timely manner to enable leadership and stakeholders to make data driven decisions
- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, creating financial models, and evaluating alternatives

Requirements
You have:
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Must have product pricing strategy experience
- Experience identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
- Experience with Product Strategy/Development/Deployment
- Partner with go-to-market, marketing, and product managers to develop goals/strategy for your products and features
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Skilled in influencing and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization
- Self-starter who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy
You might also have:
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Background experience with cloud pricing
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 120,000 - 145,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
